On 8 March Max Ö was in Princes Street showing interested photography students how to use a large format camera to shoot Architecture. In this case the buildings which are under threat of demolition near the corner of Stafford Street. Coincidentally there was a group there protesting the demolition plans.
I've had no LF experience so I appreciated benefiting from Max's years of professional practice.
I enjoyed photographing the master at work, especially as he releases the shutter, fully immersed in the creative moment.
Not that I was suggesting for a minute that Max is a work of art himself.
